Cailinn is Biospheric AI’s Director of Operations and leads strategy, planning, and partnerships. She has over 10 years of experience in the energy and climate space, including power sector consulting and software development for cost-optimized electrification planning in emerging and developoing economies. Prior to joining Biospheric AI, she managed the operations and investment portfolio for a design build firm.

Cailinn holds an S.M. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, as well as a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.A. in French and Francophone Studies from The University of Kansas.
